Why doesn't Spote have a mobile app?

The simple answer: if you have Claude or Le Chat on your phone or computer, you already have a great app for Spote.

Spote does two things — simple editing and searching of notes, and a direct connection to your AI agents. The second part is the interesting one.

Say you are in a meeting, taking rough notes in Claude. A bit messy, half-finished sentences, no structure. When the meeting ends, you ask Claude to clean it up and save it to Spote — right bucket, right hashtags.

That is the whole flow. No app to install, no new interface to learn.

The core philosophy of Spote is to keep the threshold low. Every feature we add is one more thing to understand. A mobile app with capabilities you already have is not a simplification — it is an extra step for no reason.
